Essay 2: Why are there no plastic surgeries allowed in my micronation?

Many people in the world get into accidents and there are times when people have to get surgeries. But...Why do people get plastic surgeries then? Surgeries would be for people with no self-esteem. According to Saeko Kimura,18 in Time Magazine, she said "by having plastic surgeries, I get to be more out-going and I believe guys notice me now."(1) Wait... Is it true? We'll see about my research on some of the facts I've found from the internet. Also, in my micronation, one of the specific laws is "People have to follow 10 commandments from the Bible." If what Kimura says is right, then it is being against my specific law number 3. The first commandment from the Bible says, "I am The Lord your God, Who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before Me."(2) So how does this commandment related to this essay's topic? Well, it says, you can not have ANY other God, before Him. That tells you, you can't love anything more than how much you love God. If you care too much about yourself, then you will eventually find bad parts about your looks, and then you will think about getting plastic surgeries.

Let's look at Korea for example. Many koreans do get plastic surgeries to make themselves look better. (3) In fact, there's even a street called "plastic surgery." What does government of Korea do? Basically, they have no right to say anything about people getting plastic surgeries.(4) Why? because all the citizens have the freedom of religion according to Article 20 [religion and church]. That means there are a lot of people who are not christians and get plastic surgeries. Even in America, it's a common thing to wish to get cosmetic surgery in the future to make themselves feel better about their appearances.(7); but then again, according to the Bill of Rights, America's government has no right to say anything. (8) I've read this article where it talks about the most beautiful girl in the world, she hasnt gotten any plastic surgery and talks about how american people dont have to be thin or blonde to be beautiful because getting plastic surgeries will make them fake.(9) It also lists some parts of cosmetic surgery in details.

Now, let's take a look at some risks about plastic surgery. Plastic surgeons are eager to make money these days. Sometimes, they wont even tell people the truth. (5) For example, a plastic surgeon wont tell people, "This wont last forever." Of course, we all know that the outcome of plastic surgery will look different in 30 years, but the plastic surgeons will say, "it lasts forever." just to convince the customers. So, if the government makes the law that cleary says "NO PLASTIC SURGERY," and lists some of punishment, then eventually people will follow the rule to avoid any kind of punishment.

Lastly, no plastic surgeries allowed in Sujuland, because of infinitively many risks. There are many people in Korea, who know the risks on plastic surgery and still get them done, but why? like I've mentioned it before, people want to be noticed like Kimura. There are a lot of risks on plastic surgery.(6) and even those risks come true in your life, the government is not going to do anything about that. In most of the nations, getting plastic surgery done is citizens' choice, but the government doesn't support people either when people think the outcome of plastic surgery isn't good-looking. Therefore, there should be no plastic surgery in Sujuland.
